we have very strict house rules Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

- please be aware of our neighbours, no loud noise allowed after 9pm

all garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)
